The deposit is nonrefundable. Cancellations and no-shows forfeit your deposit. An appointment made without a deposit can only be held for four (4) hours. In the event of a reschedule, you must do so forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in being charged a new deposit. If you do not reschedule forty-eight (48) hours before your appointment or you fail to show up the day of, you will lose your deposit. If you need to reschedule a second time, there will be a $100 rescheduling fee before you are given a new day. Rescheduling a third time may result in your artist dropping you from their booking altogether. Do you understand and agree to these terms?
I understand that I need to provide a Government-issued ID at the time of my appointment.
Designs will be presented to you on the day of your appointment. Any major design changes must be submitted a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours in advance. Artists will set aside time at the beginning of your appointment for any minor changes and make edits with your direct input in person. In the VERY RARE event that major changes need to be made or a full redesign needs to be done, we will need to move your appointment to later in the day or a new day entirely at the artist’s discretion.
Any appointment that is not scheduled first on a day has a risk of being pushed back.
Please include any reference photos you have. This gives us a visual idea of what you are interested in. Please send between one to three images. References do not need to be an exact picture of what you want just something that the artist can pull ideas from.
